"2hrs late to service"

Had a service booked for 11am, was told after 30 mins late that they would be there shortly. Was 2hrs after the original time when they showed up. If they had just rescheduled a new time that would have been a whole better than me sitting waiting for them for 2 hrs.
Pretty cheeky when they charge you for changing the time on them within 24hrs but they are happy to mess you around for two hours.

"Worst support I've ever encountered"

Oxygen Air need to sort out their support process. The sales and install process was fine. But the support has been the worst I have ever encountered from any company ever! Our unit developed an issue 8 months after install (still under warranty), and it took 6 weeks of continual phone calls and emails just to get their support team to call me back. Finally got a technician out, he did some diagnosis, determined it was a leak but didn't have the gear to fix or replace the problem. That was 2 weeks ago, and still haven't heard back and am unable to actually get through to their support.

**Update** Did eventually get it sorted with a replacement unit, but as mentioned above the process took far too long, and I only got their attention after posting about the poor customer support on various review websites like this.

"Professional"

After waiting a month for a response from 2 other heat pump Business's I was Reccomended Oxygen Air by a friend on a Monday morning I rang them and was told someone would be here 10 am Tuesday, On time Wiremu Anderson arrived and advised us on what would be best for us & the job could done within a week the following week tuesday The Technicians arrived @ 8.20 am very polite & professional we were very impressed & happy with their work & would reccomend Oxygen Air to anyone who requires a heat pump. Ray Te Awamutu.

"Central heating service"

Had a service on the central heating system last week by service engineer Stefan he was polite, professional and very helpful he took the time to explain what the service involved and also answered my many questions about the control panel set up. This a huge contrast to the treatment from Andy Mitchel the operations manager who since installation of the system wont return phone calls he didn`t even bother to get in touch when we had to get someone back to replace the roof tiles that had been left off during installation.
I hope Oxygen Air appreciate how much of an asset Stefan is to their company.

If i could rate them 0 i would, what an absolute disgusting experience.
Very quick to request money, schedule installation date and contact me 5 minutes before installation and then say they cant make it. Oxygen air charges you $ 140 plus GST if you cancel installation less than a day before they schedule the installation, See there cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 1 business day before installation will incur a cancellation fee of $140.00 incl. GST. If we arrive on site and are unable to access the property, the same charge will occur.

I asked the question and guess what i am still waiting for the manager to contact me to answer what can i invoice them for my wasted day. My valuable time means nothing to them.

"I just wanted to email and say how impressed I was with the service from Oxyair.
I enquired to get a quote for a heat pump to be installed in my home.
The next day I was contacted by Brent who arranged to come and do a quote for the supply and instalation the following day.
I met Brent at my home and he gave me a competitive quote which I accepted. Arrangements were made for the installation in the same week. The installation went smoothly and I am very happy with the end result, The installers were professional and quick, A great job, I would not hesitate to recommend Oxyair to anyone wanting a heat pump.

"Heat Pump Installation"

I have recently had Oxygen Air install a heat pump. After working from home during Covid I hadn't realised just how cold my place was. Chris was very accommodating in quoting when other companies refused to work in with my availability. Matt & team (including the electrician) did an excellent job from start to finish. Introduced themselves on arrival, explained as they went along what they were doing and cleaned up on completion. Matt briefed me on how to use the heat pump prior to leaving. Thoroughly recommend Oxygen Air for heat pumps. My home feels like a home now. Thank you team.
