Disappointed with the offer to entice me to join the kennel club insurance
No offer sent even after calling to ask where is this gift to join
Said they were very sorry and would re send the gift well that was 4 weeks ago
Shame they offer a free gift and do not send this to their new customers - very disappointing
After sending this review I had a message to call Kennel club they arrange for my free gift to be sent out which has now been received along with a goodwill gift - all sorted
