I have been a customer of Chronoedge for 10 years. I have bought several watches from them in this time and they have all been excellent. I’m leaving this review because I recently discovered a problem with a warranty card a couple of years after buying the watch. Andrew responded immediately and took the problem very seriously. He resolved the issue very quickly and was clearly focused on customer service. I think a company’s philosophy towards customer satisfaction only really becomes clear when there’s a problem to solve. I was really impressed.

I had been considering buying a Tag Heuer for quite a while, I had huge reservations over buying a pre owned one especially via the Internet, but I couldn't purchase the model I really liked brand new, because it went out of production in 2016, so I scoured the internet for months, looking for the model I wanted, I came across Chronoedge via Chrono24 originally, they had something similar that I was interested in, but it just wasn't the one, I read their reviews, and was taken my the loyalty of their customer base and how they described them selves, anyhow a few months later, after checking their site directly, I saw the model I was interested in, straight away I contacted Chronoedge and expressed my interest in the watch, my first point of contact was Andrew Whittingham, very charming and diligent man, he explained his role and how his company worked, after that conversation I purchased the watch, it was exactly what I was looking for, and was delighted with it, after a couple of months I noticed it was gaining time, very slightly, I contacted Andrew, to explain my issue, (we were in the middle of the lock down), Andrew reassured me the moment the lock down was relaxed, he would address the issue, true to his word, I contacted Andrew, and he took great care to put it right, the watch has been returned in perfect condition, and fully functioning.
I would recommend Chronoedge to anyone, your in good hands, with these professionals.

Lee the manager is a fantastic person to deal with & couldn't be more helpful.

I was nervous about making a large purchase from the internet, but the guys answered all my questions, I read the numerous great reviews, and being an accountant even looked them up on company’s house. Everything pointed to them being a great company to deal with.
