"Fake Reviews - Spammers"

Have you noticed that every one of their positive five star reviews on Trustpilot follows exactly the same format:

Lead Forensics has been {insert random praise]. We need to thank {insert random name] who has been [insert random positive] in setting us up and we've seen a large increase in sales.

There's a reason they all follow this exact same format, they're paid for! Avoid these spammers!

Since adding Lead Forensics to our business over the last few years. All i can say is it's been a breathe of fresh air. It also helped our business grow by the information the system provides.
The staff have regular web meetings with us and sort out any issues we have and they also provide positive feedback and negativity feedbacks. Our new contact at Lead Forensics Ashley Bloxham has made our life so simple with the catch ups we have on a regularly basis and the information he provides is 10/10.

It makes my job role considerabley quicker and more accurate, allowing me to target where best to spend my time. The regular meetings we have with our Account Manager (Charlotte Blain) are excellent and allow us to monitor progress and make the reporting as easy as possible to use.

Honestly, as a tool, Lead Forensics is amazing! - it's incredibly informative and very easy to navigate; information is accurate and can be analysed with little effort using the varying report methods.

They have a lovely, friendly and helpful team; our Customer Success Manager, Rachel, is insightful and always looking out for ways to improve our website traffic/results. Additionally, the IT support team are almost instantly available and can fix any issue remotely. It's clear that Lead Forensics have a high standard of customer service and care for their customers.

Overall, LF has been a great addition to the business - making my job a lot easier with the information pre-organised at my fingertips! Would highly recommend in the future.

I find these reviews must be fake, I used them for over 2 years very little return in fact zero customer service very bad and still take your money when promised they wont. This is probably the only genuine review here
