Lead Forensics has oversold and underdelivered the results that they were asking me to buy into. Not one solid lead to pursue after 3.5 months. CSM has done his job, but the sales side does not understand that a unique professional services firm cannot expect to generate the volume being trumpeted with their sales blather. It has been a bad investment and one that I am shutting down.
