They call you, promise trial period of one week. Send you their java code, which you install on your website (basically meaning they get info on your traffic).

When you ask them after few days why you have not received trial login information, they tell you that they don't give it and you can only have a look over the online meeting.

These people think that companies sign contracts for few thousand $ in 2 minutes. And LIE !

AVOID! There are other solutions on the market with monthly subscription and fair customer attitude.

No free trial. Data has issues. Poor service and sales process.

Bullied and pressured into signing a 12-month auto re-subscribing contract after dong the demo for a week. The demo resulted in zero leads for us but we were promised around 40 leads. Still waiting for first lead on three website being tracked. Beware of this company if your a small company that doesn’t have disposable income on piece of software that can only collect restrictive data. You have to do all the hard work. Promised a customer account manager but never assigned one. Very dassapointing and they were unwilling to cancel the contract given they couldn’t supply any data as I couldn’t install the tracking code on a specific site I had no access to. Demand a 30 day free trial to check the results for yourself.
Scammers.
