Great tool, great support, great extension of our website.
We use Lead Forensics to track our key accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities to them. Winston, our Customer Success Manager, helped us to create our pipeline programs and we are at a 4,000% ROI 10 months in.
We will definitely be renewing next year.

As fast as I block their domain they use a different one. So far they've spammed me from:

This is not the action of a reputable company. I wouldn't trust them with an email, certainly not my money.

Be careful, once signed up they won't release you even if you don't use their system. Disgraceful company with no ethics.
Would give them 0 stars if I could. After explaining to the CS team that 8 months in we haven't even used the system once, all they offered was a buy out of contract option, asking for £600+ upfront payment to end the contract. Avoid this disgrace of a company.

Product has technical glitches and did not work at times.
Support was very poor, took them long time to respond and get the matter resolved.
Some prospects we called were in fact customers and random leads that had also been approached by Leadforenics other clients, what a disaster!
Not a single client won.

We've had many wins in business thanks to the Lead Forensics software including taking a client from £250 commission deal through to £250k account in 2 years but haven't felt the need to 'brag' about this BUT, only this week the software has provided us with a new client project for December valued at £1.2m and we would not have acquired this without using the portal, if that's not worth the monthly fee then I don't know what is! Wow, thank you team Lead Forensics.

We've utilised the Lead Forensics product for nearly 5 years and have had great success over a sustained period of time. Being a recruitment company it has worked for us to acquire new customers and help us identify potential candidates due to the clever way it can track the visitor journey to our site. It's super simple to use and over the years we have seen major upgrades to the portal and have access to an app so our business development team can see things on the move.
Their customer success team offer great advice in terms of our marketing and how we can manage our leads and the technical team cover off any issues very quickly.
We've continued to generate an excellent return from the product and our whole business has bought into it which has helped fuel its success. Really happy with the product and a no brainer for us to keep it working alongside our sales and marketing activity.

We had a very similar experience. Only a small percentage of visitor identified and then only by a head office account. Not helpful when a company has 6000 staff.
Additionally be aware of the contract small print. You miss the cancellation date and you are automatically signed up for a further two year. Not a tactic I would expect a reputable company to employ.

We have been using Lead Forensics for 6 months at a cost of £4800 + vat. During that time we have not had one visitor identified by their service, we have also now noticed that less than 5% of visitors to our website have been identified by lead forensics. 50% of that 5% have also been so big that they are unidentifiable.
We have employed a professional team to call the visitors identified by lead forensics, however they have reported that a large percentage of the data was up to 2 years out of date.
It has proved to be a very expensive venture, so we would let you draw you own conclusions form our experience.
