"Terrible company"
Terrible company! Avoid them at all costs. They miss sold their product which is only able to track less than 5% of website visitors. Of course they don't make this explicit in their pushy sales pitch.
When we cancelled the service the made threaten phone calls to a junior member of staff threatening legal action.
Have nothing to do with this unethical company.

What do you have to do to get this company to stop spamming? They're the WORST advertisement for their own service - if they were able to do what they say they can, they'd never need to send stupid, infantile LinkedIn messages asking for a 'quick chat', or use pushy, tricksy phone scripts.

Great tool for our sales team! With some guidance from our CSM Megan, we had our categories set up in no time, and our sales team were able to identify and reach out to prospects immediately!

"Aggressive spamming, awful sales conduct - AVOID"
Average product and it may suit some companies but it seems very intrusive to the customer. I was more concerned about the sales techniques and constant calls from various sales people despite being told numerous times.

Appalling sales practices. I must have been contacted by at least 30 different members of their sales team over the past year or so. Every single time I've told them I'm not interested - still kept getting calls and emails.
I emailed their sales director to point out how damaging this could be to their brand - no reply, no apology and still kept getting contacted by them
Last week I had another approach from a completely different member of their sales team - again emailed to tell them to remove my details only to find ANOTHER message from another member of their sales team today.
I'm clearly not the only person this is happening to - Linkedin is awash with negative comments about their company.
Avoid at all costs.

"Shocking company"
Shocking company, they ring and ring and ring, even when we told them we're really not interested. They rang every 2 minutes for an hour on one day because we refused to answer the phone. I had to be VERY rude on the last call, thankfully they haven't rung us since. Way too hard sell for me!

"Wont stop sending me SPAM..."
Some time ago we used Lead Forensics with a client and for whatever reason the client felt that the service wasn't value for money and dropped the service.
However, Lead Forensics continue to SPAM me with emails despite the fact that I've previously unsubscribed my email address (including again today). For such a large company who supposedly provide a tool for lead generation they don't seem to be getting the basics right themselves.
I'm hoping this will review, which seems to mirror the experience of other users here, will spur them to look at the tools they use to manage their email marketing lists.

Lead Forensics has been an excellent addition to our tech stack. it helps us to fuel our sales pipeline without having to wait for someone to complete a form, and provides invaluable insight to our sales team.
Would recommend to anyone serious about their digital revenue

I have no need for your service at all, yet I get sneaky ways to try and contact me. Terrible sales tactics and so pushy. I will never recommend this company, such a headache.

I have notified lead forensics that I am not interested in their 'services' but still get constant spam from various email addresses.
Surely they can use their own software and determine I have not visited their website???
