"Total joke."

Total joke.. ordered my product back at the early start of August, and still haven’t received my item.. it should been ship on around the 6th September, but still haven’t had any updates for sales regarding the delay..
Never buy from these guys again..

Still waiting for my order, was originally told 6th September and today’s the 20th.
Emailed for an update, no response apart from an automated acknowledgment.
Had to chase by phone to find out that apparently I should get it later this week.
No sorry there’s been a delay, no nothing.

"Chainsaw only worked for 15 minutes"

Chainsaw only worked for 15 minutes! The process to return it for a refund was slow and staff didn't appear to have any idea what was going on. A very poor customer experience.

Brought a battery chainsaw, on first use the handle became detached.
Genpower promised to replace, awaited collection but nobody arrived- turns out Genpower didn't book the courier.
Giving one last chance to resolve or will revert to small claims court.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Unfulfilled order, no correspondence then 3 staff lied, the 4th one accidentally dropped them in it but delivery 6th September then 15th September now who knows? Please do not buy from this company

"Good information"

It was a bit tricky attaching the photos to the web link, but easy to attach them to an e-mail. Peter was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress. The spare part arrived today. The new "O"-ring was a very tight fit, but eventually I was able to seat it firmly and tighten the retaining bolt. I ran the engine for about 5 minsutes and there was no trace of oil leaking. The leak appears to have been repaired.

Small glitch with online order but soon sorted out by Customer services. Very helpful and followed up with me later on, thank you Rukshal.
Unit it’s self seems well made so hopefully will last.
