"Waste of time AND MONEY!"
Will not call you with updates or even when u request a call back! Communication is shocking quick enough taking the money to do absolutely nothing. Ended up doing everything my self with solicitors and baristas! Even when keys were suppose to be handed in at a certain time (court orders) they still didn’t have any communication or idea what was going on! Rung on number of occasions to see if they had the keys. Promised to give a call back when they “have information” still waiting! Absolutely shocking and a waste of time AND MONEY!

Very disappointing service. I did not feel supported by Darlows. The communication was abysmal although I did feel that they communicated when it was in their favour and then were vague when it suited them and they certainly don’t support the seller, they are only interested in supporting the buyer to secure a sale.
The feedback initially from viewings were poor and quite frankly rubbish.
They should be ashamed of the prices they charge for such a terrible service.

"Disappointing experience"
Disappointing experience.
Partner went to view a house and was told the landlord wanted to choose someone that day. He was advised they would email everyone after the viewing and ask them to submit their details regarding whether they wanted the house, their income etc.
We had no email. We called for an update, but there was none. We called again and asked for a call back that day as we were interested, but there was no call back. This went on for several days with no call back given as promised.
Eventually the house was changed to 'agreed let' online so we called to ask what was going on. We were told that the landlord was still deciding and someone would be in touch, but they weren't. We chased again, but nothing.
Eventually, we gave up as the whole process was frustrating and badly managed.
I appreciate that things in this industry can change fast but that's no excuse for not keeping people in the loop. Clearly a very badly organised branch.

"SIMPLY ABYSMAL"
This company do not fulfil what they tell you over the phone. Visited my property made promises to supply valuations and or rental values. No further contact no return calls and avoidance of messages. When I eventually contacted the actual agent I met, excuses and new promises which again never materialised. Simply don't have the honesty to tell you the truth. Simple as that. 1 star is too much don't bother.
