Verification process a nightmare, used same photo for financial institutions and was fine. Finally verified and the payment is on hold with a really poor customer service function failing to resolve it. Oh and for the pleasure if this poor service they charge you to withdraw any balance. Avoid at all costs, you'll regret using them.

Easy to set up collection and share link with friends. Really hard to withdraw funds, ID verification passed after 3 attempts of sending a picture of my passport. Finally accepted after sending a scanned image. Ended up paying for gift with credit card instead, so it arrived on time.
