HP Printer Support Number UK

"Changing a paper print size"
I recently purchased HP 2710 deskjet hoping that it would print my occasional e-mail. It does connect occasionally, but only by printing paper size 150mm x 100mm and not A4 as is the standard paper size. I cannot find any instructions to alter the setting as on print preview there is no alternative. I have tried to look on HP web site but no luck.
Waste of my time and money I think. Bob Russell

"Disgraceful"
Disgraceful. Sunbscribe to Instant Ink but the printer rejects the cartridges saying they are 'incompatible' - their own cartridges!
Then you go into the hell that is customer 'service'. No responses, don't come back when they promise they will. Chase after 5 days with a job number and they say it doesn't exist. Can't get a refund and cant get the machine working - what do you do next? Put it down to HP not giving a damn, and buy another brand.

"new printer delivered and it run out of…"
new printer delivered and it run out of ink in week, cant get replacement, wish i hadn't brought it now

"Abysmal"
They are deliberately obtuse, say they will look into it, then close the case, saying you haven't contacted them. They think they are exempt from UK consumer law, and don't provide the free instant ink trial advertised, then lie that they have. Trading standards should do something about these crooks!

"The very worst customer service…"
The very worst customer service experience ever. the virtual assistant is useless. Over the last three weeks, the phone line told me to call back during opening hours on every occasion I tried to speak with them. Basically, they were closed and didn't bother to update the IVR or times on the web site.
I've finally got a ringing line and after thirty minutes I'm still listening to a banal message asking me to wait for the next agent.
Abysmal customer service, they should be ashamed.

"really had experience…"
Unfortunately really had experience with my HP DeskJet 3720 All-in-One Printer.
I have reached out to support who are really happy to send new cartridges but never get to the actual problem, which is a faulty printer. I am now stuck with a useless printer and support refuse to help further. No what I would expect from this company

"HP should be shut down"
HP should be shut down. They are worse than useless.
And Samsung, who have farmed out their printer support over to HP, should be roasted over a volcano.

"Do not buy HP Deskjet printer scanners"
I have a new HP Deskjet printer scanner which just stopped scanning. I paid to get technical support and after many hours the technician gave in. I paid a lot of money for the printer scanner now I am working from home but obviously wasted my time and money

"Always sending wrong model ink"
Always sending wrong model ink, can never get in touch with a human.
Do not buy

"Amended later/ Terrible experience with this company"
Amended: the company responded to my complaint to the head office. They put things right eventually.
I said “Terrible experience with this company. They caused my printer to fail due to faulty instantink. Although they did replace the print eventually, they didn’t offer me the rebate of the fees paid for the monthly printing or any goodwill for time wasted.
