"HP after sales support is abysmal!"

My expensive HP printer/scanner suddenly stopped scanning after a recent Windows update. I have tried all of the suggestions on the HP support website several times, none of which have worked. I have even asked a computer consultant to take a look and he suggested I purchase another printer and to avoid HP products in future! I have tried to find an email address so that I can make a complaint but their "help" pages just send you round and round in circles, with one particular online support link refusing to connect! I can see from their community support pages that this is a common fault and that many people are not able to use the HP "fixes" successfully. The only thing that seems to work properly on the HP support website is where they instantly informed me that my printer is now out of warranty! I will never purchase an HP product again, their after sales support is non existent! I would have awarded no stars at all if possible!

"KEEP WELL AWAY FORM HP !!!!"

I wish I could rate - rate!! it is very poor service, made a complaint and they have offered no resolution what so ever but tried to sell me new cartridges instead and called it '' what they can offer'' !! Keep well away from HP in future..

"Need to do a head clean on Deskjet 2701…"

Need to do a head clean on Deskjet 2701 searched for contact number which directed to hp smart tried to log in to my account was told username or password was wrong reset password logged in still the same reset again was told could not reset with the old (reset) password ??? Username got a code to change password why not a person on phone to do this useless the ink costs more than the printer I will just buy someone else's with a cleaning function and clear instructions very dissatisfied

"Absolute Joke support"

Absolute Joke support. 2 months paying for their INK, cant print for over 2 months but still being billed, 9 hours on phone calls with support. 4 hours on Whatsapp with agents handling 10+ calls at a time and takes 30 mins to reply to anything.

We buy your Printers, we pay for your INK and your support is NON EXISTANT

"Would give -0 stars if I could"

Would give -0 stars if I could. Absolutely useless, non-existent support from this horrendous company.
Bought a printer on 6 months instant ink programme - 50 pages a month for £1.99.
The next day received an email saying the price was going up to £2.99 per month!
I have been trying to get an answer to a simple question for 12 days now. I wish I had never bought an HP Printer and wish I had come to look at the reviews here first.

"utterly useless don't get anything with HP instant ink"

I rang up HP support on the first day( 18/01/2022) I spent 2 hours on the phone. Trying to connect my 3-year-old printer to the smart HP account. So HP could track when I would need new ink.

In the end, they asked me to reduce my router firewall setting so they could do it BT refused to do this based on security reasons. So not I have a useless printer that doesn't work. I shall have to buy another printer and I can assure HP it won't be an HP
Branded one. I'm disgusted they only make instant ink printers so in years to come you have to buy another brand new one. My printer is only 3 years old and it's now rendered useless. Then society wonders why teck companies are so wasteful.

Gave them one because l have to..would “NOT” recommend, got a printer with a plan for replacement ink, couldn’t complain, whenever ink was needed it was delivered in time, regular updates to printer as and when needed to keep in tip top working order..then, changed internet supplier, there’s no way to change settings and they have ignored any plea of help..shocking l’m now having to buy another one and it’s “NOT”HP and canceled plan ..

I have tried unsuccessfully to contact HP ink. I have paid this company a considerable amount of money and they have failed to send ink when required. Today I have tried to contact them only for them not only to recognise my email or telephone number. What else can I do.
