"Wow never buy a laptop printer or…"

Wow never buy a laptop printer or desktop from HP their customer service is a disgrace if your HP equipment is expensive and breaks down even just five years later they will not offer any help or support to fix your product they just lie and pretend they don’t have the parts and try and sell you another one even though your expensive equipment laptop in my case is a better laptop than most of their new ones their trying to flog. HP have become a Charlatan of a company avoid at all cost.

"money wasted"

bought one couple of months ago. setting up a nightmare but with help of a HP rep.
it run fine for a while then tri-colour error. robot did not understand but blocked me from getting live help. so, bought new set of cartridges for some £ 37 to try whether that would help. it did. but only for a couple of prints. wrote a letter, no reply. shocking. money wasted.

"None existence customer representative, absolutely dreadful experience."

Bought a new printer , it came with a 2 pin plug power cable instead of 3pin meant for the UK.
There is a customer phone line , but no customer representative to talk to, instead one is sent a link to go on the WhatsApp to receive text only from their customer representative for an online chat,
They weren’t interested to rectify their mistake & post me the appropriate power cable ( 3pins) instead they told me to go to their nearest shop some 20 miles away & change it myself even though I offered to pay for the postage.
Awful experience, they hide behind an email address and WhatsApp online chat.
Absolutely dreadful.

Support was "ok" but they took a very, very long time to answer all my requests. It was not easy to reach-out and get a memeber of the team to help. The issue is now fixed and I can carry on using my HP Officejet Pro 9020.

"I recently got an HP OfficeJet Pro…"

I recently got an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740. Wehn it prints it prints wonderfully and does everything it says on the tin. Scanning quality is great the app is great. However....it constantly will not communicate with the 2 pc's on our network. Even if you go to print and it says 'printer ready' it will not. It is the most frustrating piece of junk I have ever had the misfortune to own. HP website is useless and loads of people in forums have had issues. Avoid.

Absoluter Mist, NIE WIEDER HP !!!!

Absoluter Mist,
HP Drucker und Scanner kann ohne Internetverbindung nicht verwendet werden.
Habe teures Kombigerät (Scanner, Drucker) gekauft,
nach Umstellung von Window7 auf 10 geht nix mehr.
Ein Jahr verwenden, dann wegwerfen, ist bei denen die Devise.
Ich hasse den Drecksladen

"Unbelievably bad service"

Unbelievably bad service, firstly when you log in, the app keeps telling me I’m in the United States, even though I keep changing it to U.K. I bought the printer from HP directly online, then I paid for instant ink with 5mths free-printer keeps telling me can’t print till I join-I was 3 hrs with agent on phone, these people have no idea what they are doing, he took ages to reply to my answers and left the issue still not resolved-then to add insult to injury he cuts me off and goes home without telling me! So now I’ve paid £130 for a printer, signed up to £9.99 monthly for an instant ink subscription, and can’t use either! DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS SCAM!
