We ordered and payed for milk to be delivered to different venues ,work and home so a week passed and it will be delivered to both addresses on 7/2/25 ,no milk I had to purchase milk for work and home ,Shambles to start. up date coming soon. 11/02/25 They are two separate accounts🤔,so one delivery was delivered today to the wrong place ,and I will check if the other has been delivered.So it's now the 12th Feb 25 ,still no milk at home after a reassuring conversation with a member of phone staff ,so l will wait till Friday and see how that goes.🫢

Milk always on time and fresh, only get 2 bottles a week and never have any problems with it going off. Definitely recommend!!

Have been having deliveries for a few months and I'm loving it. I found it easy to cancel when I went away and deliveries restarted automatically when I returned. The milk is always fresh and delivered very early. The direct debit is an easy way to pay as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Rang this mqqueens to cancel my order the lady I spoke to wouldn’t take no for an answer to cancel and then before I could ask if she had cancelled my account and order she was very rude and put the phone down on me .
Probably in a mood because she didn’t make a sale from me .
Wouldn’t recommend very rude .

"Misleading and poor practices when setting up and/or cancelling account"
When you set up an account you will be called every day until you set up a direct debit over the phone. When I said I would set it up on their website as I felt this was more secure, they advised it would take 4 weeks to set up this way?!. So I reluctantly set it up over the phone, just to stop them calling me. Unhappy with being lied to I decided to cancel. Upon cancelling I was given the hard sell then told I needed to pay the balance immediately as my direct debit would still take 4 weeks. Less than 24 hours after paying by card, they then took my direct debit as well. Now there’s a surprise. Still waiting for my refund.

Only reason it’s not 5 stars is as my delivery needed to be changed over Christmas which is perfectly understandable, an email saying which day it would come instead would have been great , otherwise great service
