We have been receiving delivery from mcqueens for nearly 2 months now and the service is brilliant the online account is easy to navigate or update orders, add or remove products. We get 2 deliveries a week and its so easy and convenient, have spoke to customer service a couple times due to my own fault or mistake and they are always polite and sort the problem instantly over the phone. Would highly reccomend them to anyone asking for milk deliveries 100%

I live in York and last week came a guy to my front door and asked me if I would like to try a bottle of milk for free, I agreed and I gave to him my telephone number. After that the McQueens started to harass me by phone, which I never answered, and next I received a bottle of milk as verbal agreement with the front door guy. But today I received extra two bottle of milk that I did not order, plus I never open any account with them. I tried calling the customer service to sort out this issue, at first they asked me to call back later due to issue on their line later no answer at all. The company looks very unprofessional, they do not have any customer service to sort out that issue, plus they treat me in very old fashion marketing sell, I mean, they ask me a telephone number, then start to sell stuffs that I have never given written consent form or my bank account details. Very unprofessional company.

Really pleased with my milk delivery. The sales man was not pushy and I was happy to give it a go.
So excited when I found my milk on the doorstop. After a few weeks I realised that I needed more to get me through the week, it was really easy to update my order.
