"What a Shambles of a Company!!"
On 6th December I placed an order with this company for 4 pints of organic milk weekly.
06/12 Apple Pay somehow managed to populate my order with my old address, so I gave Mcqueens the corrects details.
09/12 as I’d had no response from McQueens, I emailed again to ensure they’d updated the order.
10/12 I received an email asking what the correct address was despite the fact they’d already been advised. I knew at this point they were badly organised!
11/12 I received an email advising that my deliveries would start on 12/12 having already been advised that they’d start on 16/12. I tried to call them at this point to 1. Ensure they’d updated the address and 2. To confirm when my deliveries would actually start. I was cut off twice while on hold.
11/12 I receive an email advising there would be no delivery on the 12th and that the email advising this was system generated and incorrect.
13/12 I receive an email advising that they are unable to deliver to my home, stating that it was either because they don’t deliver to my area or that I live in a flat. I don’t live in a flat, so if you do, don’t bother ordering from them, they don’t do flats!!!
14/12 I receive one of those ‘how did we do? emails, what a joke!!!
So as Mcqueens are unable to fulfill their side of the contract as far as I’m concerned it’s terminated and I source milk elsewhere.
19/12 two pints of milk delivered to my home, non organic, so not even what I ordered. But I don’t need it now anyway after being advised Mcqueens were unable to deliver.
I email to advise that they have delivered milk but they’d already cancelled the contract and that it wasn’t required.
23/12 I get a text asking why I’ve cancelled my direct debit and that I owe them £8.91
I email and ask what it going on.
28/12 I receive an email asking me for my address and postcode, which I provide.
28/12 Connor C then responds advising that McQueens definitely do not delivery to my area and that the milk must have come from somewhere else.
30/12 I then receive an email from Dorinda at Mcqueens asking why my direct debit has been cancelled.
03/01 I reply with a screenshot of the email advising that they are unable to deliver to my address.
06/01 receive another text chasing payment for £8.91. I email again explaining that they cancelled the contract by advising they could not fulfil it and to basically get lost. They reply with their bank details requesting payment.
07/01 receive another email chasing payment.
08/01 receive an email from Faizah, again chasing payment.
09/01 received an email from Dorinda, again chasing payment.
11/01 another of those did you have a good experience emails😂
Then today 18th Jan I receive a letter in the post, yet again chasing payment.
These guys really are a shower of clowns, it would appear that internal communication within the company is non existent. Either that or they just like sending milk deliveries to areas they don’t cover, tell you it must of come from Kerr’s and then chase you for payment of it. All while having sent you the wrong product after breaking their side of the contract. Reading this back, it doesn’t even sound possible, but unfortunately it is! If I could give then negative stars I would!
Tiffany, please be advised that I am unable to reply to you on here and that I have received a further email and a text message chasing payment today 21/01. Feel free to email me using the address provided previously.

Milk deliveries are very good but trying to sign into the portal to manage deliveries I have found to be impossible. I might as well be trying to get into the Bank of England😢 A verification code has been promised 3 times but I still haven’t got one therefore no joy. I have run out of ideas now,
I need help please.

Will be cancelling service on Monday. We’ve had broken and missing eggs on 5 out of the last eight deliveries. Someone not doing their checks somewhere.

Paid for first delivery in advance never turned up after 3 attempts still nothing then was told they couldn’t deliver to my house spoke to a different milkman the same afternoon and they delivered the next day my advice find a local milk man much better service and friendly and I still haven’t been refunded for my first payment and that was mid December 2024

we only have milk at the moment but we are really pleased with the service, how the lad gets through our squeaky gate without waking us up is a mystery!!
