"Terrible Service"

Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs!

We’ve had nothing but issues with McQueens Dairy. From missed or damaged deliveries to a nightmare of a cancellation process, it’s been an incredibly frustrating experience.

When we tried to cancel, it felt like an impossible task. Customer service made it so difficult, dragging us through countless calls. After we finally managed to cancel and were assured over the phone that everything was settled—after making an additional payment, no less—we were hit with yet another unexpected charge!

More customer service calls followed, and while they admitted fault, we still had to pay even more to resolve the issue. It’s ridiculous.

What started as a simple milk delivery turned into an ongoing headache and the most expensive milk we’ve ever had. On top of that the last month of deliveries were in plastic bottles... so defeated the reason for signing up.
Save yourself the hassle and avoid McQueens Dairy at all costs!

"Unwanted change of product!"

Signed up for Organic Milk delivery with an intention of helping local businesses. Got the first delivery. Apart from milk being expensive than the supermarket's organic milk (which is expected), everything was fine.

A day before the second delivery, got an email saying, "due to delivery shortage of organic milk, they cannot deliver organic milk so we will be delivering 'Farm Assured Milk' for the next delivery". I didn't want any milk other than organic. So, called the customer service.

The customer service executive said, "there is huge shortage of organic milk in the market, even if I go out to buy organic milk, I will not get any". I straight away knew, it is a big fat lie.....

Cancelled my subscription altogether, went out to supermarket and found rack full of organic milk cans. Bought the milk and decided, no McQueens dairy again.

Had a small issue with my delivery and John was amaing throughout the process of getting sorted. Was also very nice to be able to speak to a real perosn and not a automated system. John is a real asset to your customer services team.

"Prompt delivery"

Prompt delivery - so far we have received our delivery by 6am, which has been great for our early starts. Nice and easy process and so satisfying getting fresh milk delivered regularly.

"Dreadful company with dreadful ethics "

Dreadful company with dreadful ethics . Ordered organic milk and after being dissatisfied with the taste I find out the reason is they changed my order from the organic milk that I signed up for to an inferior cheaper milk which unbeknown to me i was drinking and frankly was no better than cheaper bog standard store milk. I was therefore completely unaware of the change as you trust these guys. however they were not supplying the correct product. They do then eventually send out an email AFTER I have received their choice of milk to confirm the change . To make matters worst I asked them to increase the order from February when I could afford the increased order as their organic is double the price of standard milk I can get locally yet they increase it the same week . Needless to say I won't use this company any more and have cancelled my direct debit. Alan Perry

We are very happy with the service from McQueens Dairies. It's great to open my door and find the lovely creamy milk on my doorstep. It's also great with the addition of Vitamin D if you want it. An excellent service.

"I have received 5 deliveries from them…"

I have received 5 deliveries from them so far. Of those deliveries only one was right and the company make no effort to help you solve any issues. Had to wait almost two weeks for a response. Pathetic really.

"Can't change my order"

Can't log in because I've tried too many times. They sent me a verification text/email to log in, but there's nowhere to enter the code. It basically refreshes the login page, but won't send another verification code for 15 minutes, which doesn't matter since the same problem persists. I went to the contact us section of their website, which states that their email response time is almost a week, but there's no email address there. I went to the FAQ page, which says to write a message in the nonexistent text box (back on the contact us page).
@ Tiffany: There is no webchat option. Google searching for it just comes up with LinkedIn profiles and job offers. Once of my emails has a contact form option at the bottom and that just takes me back to the contact us page showing the phone no. I have tried different browsers and devices. I don't know where you requested further information from me, as it's not on trustpilot or any emails. -A Rolfe (Customer no. 1704042.)
