I purchased tickets for Delta flights through Farebubble. Everything was fine, but when I had to make a change to my flight, I spoke to a representative in Delhi, India who could not help me. He told me to contact Delta. I did and they couldn't help, I had to go through the on line agency. Since they are on the other side of the world, I could not get through on a call ever again. I e-mailed them and called Delta back. Delta told me the ticket was booked through Fiji Airways!!! I called them, they couldn't help. I finally got a response by e-mail from Farebubble and though my issue was finally resolved. BUT they messed my reservation up COMPLETELY!!!! They did not cancel one of the travellers, they changed the date of departure for both people even though one of them was no longer traveling! Now I am on hold with Delta for the 5th time (waiting 40 minutes, this time) to see if I can get the original flight back! What a mess!!!
