"I would never use this travel agent…"

I would never use this travel agent again, they don't answer on the phone, if you need help to do any changes they get mad and yelling on you and using bad words. I had to cancel a connection to one of Hawaii island because of new rules of re testing which was effective on 05/26/2021 and I did my reservation on 04/14/202, I asked to change my reservation so after calling and calling and leaving a message finally someone call me back but unfortunately the guy Mike got over reacted and keep yelling and screaming I was shocked and I never deal with people like him plus he charges me extra money for changes and all my other group did the changes with different travel agent without any charge plus they refund them the connection flight as the reservation done before the new rules, Today I called Hawaiian airline to ask to refund my tickets but unfortunately they said my travel agent has to talk to them and I'm caling Farebubble NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE AS USUAL. I will never get back to them or use them again in the future.

Was misled by agent that they were the actual airline Ticketing agent. Provided false pricing and then lied about the fees. Never do business with them.

Posted 2 day ago now today got a call from said supervisor asked me to take my post down. Offered me a voucher to use for next flight. Absolutely not very unprofessional company.
