David Johnson was very helpful and they made this trip very easy and it was fast. I have never used farebubble and I highly recommend this company. I will book with them in the future. Thanks farebubble and David.

These guys do not come across as professional. Booked a ticket online that was an unbelievable deal not listed anywhere else. Did not get any confirmation in the email. Understand it takes them 24 hours to process, but would like some acknowledgment they took an order. I called and was told they cannot resent the email as it is was an automated message? Emailed customer service twice, no answer. 24 hours later still no tickets. Called again and was told the "ticketing department was very busy", wait until the next morning when they re-open. The person on the phone can't help with the actual booking or expedite your order, they are just telling you it is being "processed" and asking to wait more without giving any guarantees. There were only 3 seats left on that flight, and I was begging them to tell me if they would be able to process the booking at the end, but no luck, just wait! Since my ticket was for prime time and I did not hear back for 1,5 days, I had to cancel their service and just buy directly from the airline. If you can risk waiting, give it a try, and do check with the airline if your ticket is confirmed. They don't seem to stand by their 24hrs booking promise and operate like a "moms and pops" shop. You may get lucky, or not. I used other consolidators before with more success and better customer service.

I bought tickets for vacation, but didn't receive any e-tickets - had to call them for this to happen and after a LONG conversation they finally sent them. Later I got a mail that I should call them back regarding "something urgent to my booking". When I called them, nobody could tell me what was wrong...

Lastly, my tickets end up being cancelled - despite emailing the company, I still haven't received the full amount after almost 2 months (have received 292§ out of the 546§ I payed) - Total scam!
Not worth trying to save money when it ends up costing you more in the end.

"It's real"

This was my first time trying Momondo and I got super sketchy vibes from this experience. However, Farebubble did ultimately give me the correct flights that I ordered - it just took about one week, and two tries... They booked the wrong flight at first. The people on the phone have this Indian accent, and they were kind of vague in answering my questions, but they reassured me that I would get the right tickets. I didn't know what to expect, but I was surprised by how reliably they responded to my calls and emails.

I confirmed that the e-ticket is real on Delta's website, and on that site I was also able to choose my seats and put in my email address for notifications on the flight status. The credit card charges showed up as "Delta" and some random travel thing, which add up to exactly what I paid for. At this point, my interaction with Farebubble is complete.

It's definitely a real company, not an actual scam, so don't freak out. I saved some good money - but was it worth the anxiety? Not sure. I will update this review if anything goes wrong.

Edit: Delta changed my flight, but I didn't have to contact Farebubble at all. Delta let me pick another flight free of charge with times closer to my family members' flights. It turns out at least one of their flights got changed, too.
