I made the mistake of booking online and giving my credit card information. The charge was declined by Bank of America and Farebubble emailed me about it. I replied to cancel everything. They replied and acknowledged my email. But 12 days later they charged my card again. If I hadn't gone online to look, I would have not known about it until the statement came in because there was no email confirmation or anything regarding tickets for my family of 5. After bringing this to their attention, all they could say is 'give us 4 more hours/12 more hours/ 24 more hours to research your refund'. They did not give a refund. I reported the fraud to Bank of America. They are thieves.

"This flight was not what I reserved"
This flight was not what I reserved. it was supposed to a direct flight (4 hours 10 minutes) the actual flight but the actual flight departs at 1:32 and arriving at 6:42. I was also under the impression that baggage cost was included. (it is not) the charge on my account was not all through the specific airline (Delta). I was told I had 24 hours to cancel, called farebubble.com on the 888-669-0207 number to cancel. I kept getting transferred to a manager, then a different manager. hung up looked at my credit card and saw 2 charges - one to delta and one to flight services which I am reporting as fraud. I hope farebuble.com will just cancel my trip as requested and instructed (sent them an email) and give me my full refund.

"BEWARE"
BEWARE! BEWARE! They're scams. Son bought a ticket to Medford with stops. They forgot to book the second part of the trip. When he sent them the confirmation, they just said, "Sorry. Flights are full. You'll have to find another flight." The FAA should shut this kind of back room operation down.

"What a mess of an agency"
What a mess of an agency. They send me an email asking me to authenticate payment, and I send them all the necessary documentation. 8 hours later they reply again asking for the documentation, so I forward them my previous email with all the information..then they reply saying my reservation has been cancelled and there are no seats available. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

This company took our reservation for a flight to Florida. However when we didn't receive our tickets after several days (4) we called to ask why. At first, we were told our flight was no longer available, then they tried to sell us higher priced tickets. We saw our original flight was still available on line and questioned them further. They said they would call us back with more information. They did not. We called them again 24 hours later and they again tried offering us a different flight saying we had told them to cancel our original flight!!! This company did NOT act in good faith.

LOL - Massive scam.
Called customer care to ask when I would receive tickets. They told me that the interesting deal I got was not available because my card details are wrong.
Joke is that the card details are automatically filled by Google Chrome. 0 for creativity when they just changeed the last number.
