So I got a call from Ivan Moreno today and let me tell you, this guy is on point and friendly as all heck. He took the time to listen and help me understand my booking. This was my first time using Momondo and they sent me to Farebubble to get my ticket. Normally I book directly from the airlines or use Expedia. Travelocity or Hotwire so I was skeptical and wary, but it worked out. I also did a chat with Delta to make sure the reservation was legit, which it is. I would use this site again. It took more than 48 hours to get e-ticket, so glad I didn't have to do a drive by!

Momondo led me to Farebubble during a search for fares to Jamaica during a high-volume holiday weekend. The Farebubble service worked smoothly and saved about $100 below the lowest fare I'd found through other airfare search systems. Their agent David followed up with a helpful phone call once I'd confirmed receipt of the Delta ticket. The only aspect that brought a minor surprise was a delay of a day or two between completing my booking and receiving the official e-ticket; for the savings involved, this seems like a trivial price to pay. Positive experience here.
