"Over one week after palcing the order, I have yet to receive the email confirmation or the light bulbs themselves."

I placed and paid for the order (six LED bulbs) on line and got a reference number and the information that an email confirmation would be sent. The next day, having not received email confirmation, I phoned up and was told that my order had been received and he "didn't know why" I didn't get an email to confirm. One week on and still nothing, so I will have to phone again to chase this up. At the same time I ordered bulbs from another company that arrived in three days.

I placed my order Friday afternoon and was amazed when a parcel arrived first thing saturday morning.

I have ordered LED GU10 lamps online before at a similar price, but they took a week to arrive and were definitely much lower quality. The LightRabbit bulbs are heavy, metal and glass construction and very nice.

Mail tracking didn't work. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive. But customer service was very attentive replying to my emails. Will go back again.
