Unfortunately my experience has not been a great one. I ordered a worktop at the beginning of April and was told it would arrive on 7th April. It did not turn up so I chased it and was told it was damaged when they came to deliver it (they did not contact me!). Was told it would be a few weeks before a replacement could be sent. This never happened and again I had to chase them. Eventually I asked for a refund in mid July which they agreed to - still haven't had the refund and have had to chase today. Very disappointing and awful customer service

What an awful company, they delivered an expensive
china basin in a cardboard box with no internal protection whatsoever broken .
They then refused to refund the cost of the basin or replace it .This company is registered in Scotland so you cannot sue them in the English Courts.

Originally the website said both the basin and legs were in stock. I was then told the legs would be two weeks away. Asked for a refund, over a week later and not so much as an email from accounts.
Basin arrived, box destroyed and the basin damaged. Looks like the basin had been sat in the warehouse for a while, as it was covered in dust.
All in all. Pretty poor.
Even worse. Basin returned a week ago, still waiting for a refund. Ask about the refund and I am then asked if the basin had been collected.
Shocking. Avoid at all costs.
