Item wasn't in stock which happens. but took almost a month to return my money!

That being said the sales person was very helpfull that got accounts to update me and finally refund me.
Would still avoid ordering from them again!

Ordered a vanity unit, sink, tap, wall mounted cistern and WC pan. Great communication on delivery times, which were met. Some delays with two items, but only by one or two days, again regular communications to keep updated.

Quality of items delivered was excellent, no damage. For the price paid, excellent quality, service and friendliness. David and Julie have both been outstanding in their customer service.

Issue with delivery of one small item which was on back order. easy replacement when back order turned in to longer delay.

For my next project, I will definitely order from Bathroom Planet.
