Customer service is extremely helpful, relatively quick delivery and good product selection. Just wish the website was clearer on stock availability as I selected an out of stock item that said 2-3 day delivery but customer service quite quick in rectifying issue

It's mighty annoying when you order something then find the company has no stock (shouldn't the website stop you ordering or warn you they have no stock before you place the order). Only took a day after I ordered to tell me there was no stock (really good service), but 6 weeks to process a refund (shockingly bad service).

Cheapest price I found on the web and delivered quicker than I expected! Delivery guy very helpful and on time! Can’t fault the service so far ! Would recommend the company.. although I haven’t been able to check the item yet I don’t think there will be any issues at all ! Great service 👍

Bath I ordered was still out of stock six weeks after I ordered dispite saying was in stock when I ordered ended up cancelling a week after cancelling still no refund . Ordered from a different company and received the bath within a week off ordering exact same bath other company also came with free delivery. Were quick enough to take the money but being slow to refund. Would not recomend this company.
