"Customer service was excellent"

Customer service was excellent, even the txt message enquires were answered quickly.
As I've just received mattress, I haven't slept on it yet, so will update this review if need be, but looks ok so far.
Quick delivery (within 2wks) but couldn't seem to track the order with the courier - they didn't update it.
Reasonable price.
Happy so far - see what happens when it's settled for a couple of days and I try it out 🙂

"NOTHING BUT LIES!"

Ordered 2 beds with 2 - 6 day delivery stated on the website. 3 weeks later, kids are still sleeping on the floor. Wishing I had of checked the reviews first as it seems theres 100’s of us.
Nothing but lies from the bedroom factory and Amber, (my friend in the bedroom).. not sure how they get away with this? Constant promises of a tracking number, constant assurances it will be delivered on Monday, hey, even a fake offer of a $80 PayPal refund, that was canceled days later. Lies lies lies.
I have contacted media who have had similar, so if you’re in the same situation, reach out!

"DO NOT EVEN *THINK* ABOUT IT"

I ordered in October. Was told order would arrive before November. End of October, I contact company to follow up on lack of shipping notification. It takes multiple days, finally, 30 Oct I get a shipping confirmation email. But the tracking number does not work. So I follow up again. Am told it is scheduled to be delivered 6 Nov. Never shows up. Call shipping company. They have no record of that tracking reference. Follow up again. Speak to two different people who are unable to find confirmation my order ever shipped. Get offered refund. Take them up on that. That was a month ago, and I still have no refund despite contacting them multiple times across multiple different channels. NSW Fair Trading tried contacting them on my behalf, and received no response. They would rather write a whole web page about how everyone writing reviews is awful, than actually fix the problems that are causing the poor reviews.

"Don't buy anything from this company"

Ordered bed for my son back in september, still no delivery. You can't speak to anyone, they don't respond to messages. I've finally managed to get in contact with someone & was told that its out for delivery almost 2wks ago. Still not received, have asked for courier & consignment details & no one is responding now. I'm so frustrated with such poor customer service, would not recommend buying anything from here

"Dont order if you live in WA they can't deliver here, even if someone tells you they can"

If you are in WA don't ORDER! I was reluctant to order with all the negative reviews, however, NATE advised me my items were in stock & would be shipped to WA the same week & I received an email with a non existent tracking #. After numerous emails back & forth I got the reply that they don't do WA orders anymore. And that it was outlined before! Well it wasn't outlined when I ordered & paid my money. So then starts the numerous emails for a refund, luckily I used paypal. However, 3-4 times refund was processed then cancelled by BF's bank. Finally 8 weeks after paying I urged paypal to push the refund through. and now I have received the refund. Amber was courteous in trying to assist with the refund but reasons why refund kept getting cancelled were different to what paypal was telling me.

"Non-existent customer service"

Non-existent customer service. I’m not even sure if this place is even a real company at this point. I have only received automated email and chatbot replies after multiple attempts to contact them about a bed frame I purchased almost 2 weeks ago. They promise a “2-6 business day delivery” (to Melbourne) which I haven’t received any notification of since sending them my hard-earned money.
I’ve now requested a refund multiple times to which I have received no human response to. Communication is key in customer service and transparency is appreciated in consumer experience.

"Uncontactable, 4 months of battling for my order or a refund"

Ordered a bed worth $4000 on 3rd July. Was told it would arrive by 7 Aug. Since then I have been absolutely battling to get any sort of reply from this company. Literally impossible to get any response. Now I’ve had to lodge a dispute with my bank, and my bank approved the dispute and refunded me. In summary, I’ve spent 4 months battling this company and my end result is no bed, and a refund only after disputing the transaction with my bank. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company The item was promised in 4 to 6 days it never arrived after a number weeks and a number of emails I was advised it would be another week as it was out of stock and I would be kept updated which didn't happen.

The item I ordered was not in stock and after numerous text messages, messenger messages and 28 emails sent with generated responses or very few responses.

Eventually after few weeks I cancelled the item . After numerous emails and texts still no refund I made a claim through PayPal and even then had 3 cancelled refunds from this company. I was informed that refund was cancelled because the company "did not have enough money in their account or they cancelled the refund" I finally got a refund and it cost me a small fee to transfer money into my account.

Unfortunately I read the reviews after purchasing from this company. It is very disappointing from what is supposed to be an Australian company.

UPDATE: The response below received from Bedroom Factory is making light of my complaint. It neither funny, appropriate or professional. Why would something like this be joked about. It is no way to run a business (basically dismissing a complaint and making a joke of it) I would like to reiterate do not purchase from this company.
