Very happy with the gas lift bed frame I ordered and how easy it was to put together. The bed took a little bit longer than expected to be delivered but the customer service team were easy to contact and very responsive with any delivery questions I had. Would recommend!

The mattress arrived really quick, and for our surprise it was easy to open it, just had to wait a couple of days and it was ready to be used!
It is really comfortable , medium firm with memory foam on top. I would recommend it!
As for the bed frame, one part of the draws came damaged. And 2 screws were missing. It was not too hard to assemble it, but took us nearly all day. So if you are not a handy person, get someone to do it. The frame itself is really good, we are happy with the fabric material and size of the bed. Just been a bit disappointed with the draws. As they are not simply to put back, they roll all over...as there are no rails to hold them together. Would been better to have purchased without the draws (paying cheaper) and not being disappointed.
By the way it has been 2 weeks and I still have not received the new draw.

"Unfortunate experience"
After weeks of trying to follow up where my bed was I was sent a tracking number to Allied Express which never updated, so I called Allied Express and they said they had no record of the tracking number I was given. I will give credit to Alex who I was able to speak to on the phone who gave me a refund when I asked for one, but now I have had to buy another bed which won’t be ready by August when I was expecting to have one by April. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here, I’d go to an actual store.

Literally the worst customer service i have encountered. After reading the terms and conditions for pre -sale or consignment items on the website i purchased what i was shown to be an in stock item available for quick shipping. 9 weeks later and unbelievably slow replies to emails that i have no actual information regarding the status of my order. Every response they send does not answer anything just odd excuses talking about consignment and promisingto get back to me with information about my order that day and they do not. Where is my order? They have marked it as shipped weeks ago on the shop app but the tracking information has not updated once. Extremely disappointed and will have to purchase another bed frame set from a reliable reputable retailer as i cant wait any longer. Would not recommend. Reading the reviews on this site and various others i can see many people have the exact frustrations and concerns and they argue with them in the responses claiming misconception or the bending of the truth by the reviewer. I can assure you these shameful reviews are accurate and exactly as to my experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company are beyond a joke.
I ordered a bed frame in mid November (it was on presale and was due to be available for dispatch 2-3 weeks after this).
On ordering, Bre was very responsive and helpful and I even thanked her for her wonderful customer service.
It's now January 8th and I'm STILL waiting for this order to arrive after being sent an email on 2nd December to say it was being dispatched. Ever since they have been a nightmare to get hold of, to say the least. I understand that it's been a busy festive period but this is beyond a joke. She has never provided me with an update, only that she is still waiting to hear from the courier. I spoke to the courier myself and they didn't even have my order on file and said that "they always do this and push the blame onto them".
I am infuriated by the lack of communication or care for customers. Judging by the replies to negative reviews on here, they also fail to acknowledge their faults or accept responsibility for anything that has gone wrong.
Stay away unless you want to waste your time chasing things up every few days!

Have been waiting a month now and still have no ETA on delivery when item was listed as in stock and ready to ship in 2 business days, have contacted them several times and they either have no information or give fake information, I was told I would have tracking and my bed would arrive a week ago..
UPDATE: they have replied that I have tracking (I don't) and delivery is out for today conveniently after I post this review and contact them again, my information at time of posting was absolutely correct and still would not recommend this company - spend your money elsewhere
2nd UPDATE: They gave the delivery company a completely incorrect address! They gave the delivery company an address in Belmore 2192 when I live in Rose Bay 2029! This company is beyond incompetent.

Order arrived in June 20 with damage to bedhead fabric. Have been trying since to get resolution but BF are VERY slow to respond to emails and progress has been even slower. V frustrating. Unless I prompt every time, issue goes nowhere. Seems like they are uninterested in assisting once deal done. Happy to be proven wrong, come on BF, pull your socks up.
