"Shocking customer service when criticised"

This company are instant at lending, instant at taking payments, rapid at chasing if you are experiencing financial difficulties with no compassion..... but ignore complaints you make to them, ignore you, are rude in responses. (Ref 28667205)
They seem to have a lot of complaints outstanding and ignoring them.... even their responses in reviews seem same standard response to all...... these people are dragging their feet, then will go into Administration paying very few people back what they are owed. ******(Oh look, I was right,) and who is there to support those who need it........ these people was still "lending" days before administration
