Over 2 weeks after adjudicator deadline...
Sunny have just told adjudicator that it will take them longer than usual to respond to our assessments, they have told us to expect some delay as they are struggling to cope with the current circumstances.
No answer to direct email. Hope they will agree with FOS findings so i can finish this stressful case.
