The adjudicator said they will now instruct you to arrange the refund.
Please deposit the refund in my bank account asap, I have emailed sunny and sunny CEO with my bank details. Please do so asap, don't delay any longer...

"Total disregard for FOS adjudicator decisions"
FOS found this company to have lent irresponsibly to me 63 times in 5 years for which they recommended Sunny pay me back all interest paid + 8%. Sunny went 2 weeks beyond deadline and offered me interest back on less than half what the FOS adjudicator decided.
Sunny are aware from a lot of previous complaints what a typical Ombudsman decision looks like so they should accept adjudicator decisions in line with the standard FOS decisions as the DISP rules say. It is also clear from reading other complaints about Sunny that they are taking advantage of vulnerable customers who may be forced to accept a low offer as they are in urgent need of the money and this is not treating customers fairly. Reported to FCA again for blatant disregard of the FOS decisions.

Used to be really good and I had been a loyal customer for abut 5 years but would not use them again. Wanted to borrow £100 in an emergency and was declined for no reason. Sent 2 emails for a review and they didn't even bother to reply. Useless customer service. Gone to the dogs. Forget the fancy adverts. Go somewhere else.

"More delays..."
Despite having provided Sunny/Elevate Credit my bank details nearly 2 weeks ago, in order for them to process my redress payment, I'm still yet to receive so much as an acknowledgement from them and obviously...no funds!
Like many have stated, the real frustration for me here is the lack of communication and correspondence. I've even gone so far as to directly contact the compliance officer but again have had no response.
