Sunny take months to send info to FOS which could take 30 mins. They then ignore the Adjudicators decision which was sent on 28/02/20. They had until 13/03/20 to reply but failed to do so.
This was after making a derogatory offer to settle the complaint.
I think their behaviour is despicable; more so given the current crisis. I am trying to juggle finances, working and caring for two elderly parents over 70 both in high risk groups. Not that Sunny appears to care.
I will be escalating their poor complaints handling and their blatant ignoring of their regulatory body to the Financial Conduct Authority.

Was due a refund from sunny, rang them at the end of febuary to confirm bank details, they said everything was set for a 30day payout of my refund. This is far too long anyway but i thought ok no problem ill wait. It has now been 30 days, i rang them this morning to ask where it is and they are now saying the financial ombudsmen hasnt sent the acceptance email. So i rang the FOS, they said the email was sent on the 22nd of feb, so they have got it they just refusing to payout my refund now. Just another case of quick to ask you for there money back but when they are due to refund anyone by the looks of it they just drag it out forever and dont comply with FOS instructions. Awful customer service.

"Waiting for redress payment"
Waiting for redress payment. After almost two years the ombudsmen withheld the decision which they ignored from the adjudicator. Responded with a form for me to gill in accepting the offer. They could transfer the money immediately as they do with loans but choose to make people as It. I haven't even had a response that they have the form. When you call they say they cannot help and complaints don't take calls.
