"My experience with sunny loan"

My experience with sunny loan. Online and easy application form. Nothing complicated, I got decision in one day. And money was in my account after day. Rate is little bit high but at least they are trustable . And they won't bother u all the time. Very professional and good customer service.

I appreciate that sunny has offered me a redress however they asked for my bank details and any proof of any payments I have made to a 3rd party which I provided.
I haven't had any response since I sent them thus information.
I would like to know if they have received this information and the total refund I should receive.

Will update accordingly

Still no contact from sunny, get cut off when I ring or told customer service can't help!!

Sunny have replied saying refund will be done within 30 days.
In the redress offer letter it says 14 days.

Day 14 of 14 day wait advised by sunny.
I had a email from them confirming that they received my details 14 days ago.
No refund so far!

I have now received the redress payment offered but I didn't receive the amount I have paid to a 3rd party.
I did sent proof of this as requested.
I have paid £180 to a 3rd party which I was advised would also be refunded.
Will this be a separate payment

I appreciate that it's been bank holiday but still no reply to emails concerning the 3rd party payment refund I have paid.

I would really like to put an end to constantly having to email and ring about this.

A reply would be much appreciated.

Thankyou for you're emailed reply.

I have checked with the 3rd party if you have requested any information from them and they say they have no record of any request for information from you nor have you replied to their query they sent you last week.
Why ask me for proof if payments if you're not going to accept it as proof?
Feel like I'm going around in circles.
I'll be contact the FCA for advise.

"Responded to my affordability complaint…"

Responded to my affordability complaint in the given time frame though their response says they pay out in 14 days. After reading reviews on here it appears that their response isn’t true as they are telling people it’ll be dealt with in 30 days (we’ll see). Quick enough to take your money and hand over multiple affordable loans instantly though they don’t follow their own clearly defined time scales to pay you back.
I will update this should Sunny adhere to their original response.

Update- Don’t know whether it was the calls today to sunny, the emails or this review but they have just paid the redress.

"Be very careful using this company"

Be very careful using this company. I referred complaint to financial ombudsman, adjudicator agreed with me. Elevate / Sunny have tried to dismiss complaint and offer lower than the ruling! Be very careful as getting justice.

Affordability Complaint
I was happy with how they dealt with my affordability complaint and the outcome. Since then though no further communication, I have emailed them but no response it's amazing how they take your money immediately but when they have to give it back it takes them so long. I am more than happy to update this review if things can be dealt with quickly. Update# money has been received after email saying it would be in account the next day.

"Affordability Complaint"

Currently awaiting a redress payment. I have confirmation in both my offer letter and a separate email that this will be paid in 14 days which would be by today. I was more than happy with how they dealt with my affordability complaint and the outcome but my salary had been significantly reduced with the current situation like many and this money would make a huge difference.

I will happily update my review when payment is received.

Update - 24 hours on and I have still not received payment. I have tried contacting you on your live chat who advised they were unable to assist regarding this, I cannot call you and you have not responded to my emails. Can you advise how this can be resolved please.

2.4.20 - payment has just been received which could not come at a better time. Thank you Sunny. I have updated my rating as promised.
