"Bad wig and bad customer service."

I ordered this wig and it wasn't at all like the picture it was made cheap it wasn't curly it was a wrong color and a customer service p impossible.
I was unable to reach the company by email they have not responded and I'm out $60.
I'm going to ask my credit card company not to pay the bill and I can tell them why.
These wigs are a scam.

The return policy on the website is not what customer service offers. The return address on website is Menlo CA but when you ask to return for a refund they give you an address in China. It’s deceptive and the product is not as described. They offered me to keep product for 40% credit.

This company is not reputable and I would caution anyone from ordering from them. Unless you want a cheap wig for a costume party. Even the. You’re better off at the Halloween store.

For the one I never received I emailed 3x's to Cancel & Refund!!

The two I got w/ hair falling out of cap' I sent pics and requested the return info' as it is Not Provided & Full Refund!! They Completely Ignored my Request & Refused to Hive me' return Address' to send back & on top of it!! Never refunded me for All 3!!!

I Had to dispute through my CC!! Complete Fraudsters!! & Completely UnEthical!! Do Not Buy From this Company!! Amazon' has Better quality & is received in 2 days' w/ reputable companies'!!

SCAM COMPANY!!! I Ordered and paid for a wig over a month ago. It never came. I have emailed company 15 times, no concrete response with a replacement or refund. A tracking system that is behind a week and says the same thing over and over...'in-transit' 'be patient'. RIP OFF COMPANY. SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

BUYER BEWARE!! the Wigyy topper i received is NOT HUMAN HAIR. don't waste your money. no "free returns." you pay for your return to China, which is ridiculously expensive. good luck getting a refund from this scam company.
