First issue was not finding out the product was shipped from China . It is stated when you purchase its shipping from USA . Thats a lie. Shipping from China has logistical issues that can’t be easily resolved. The product arrived and it was well packaged , but the product does not match the price paid. It was cheaply made and the amount of hair expected from the visual imagery is thin and had no volume. When trying to attach it the cheap elastics on the comb are visible and the “bun” is little more than a few thin extensions. Not worth the price or the wait for delivery.

This is the second bang I have received and it is still the wrong color. It’s not a true dark brown. The first one I purchased was a red color. I was very disappointed with both purchases and I feel as though I should’ve been reimbursed at least for the first one and I know you won’t take them back so I threw it away. Waste of money.

Lesson learned!
