RingCX isn't able to do things I can easily do in RingEX but then RingEX doesn't have the proper analytics or ability to assign status info about the call.
RingCentral support has been VERY frustrating trying to get what we need. We are to a point where we are looking at other options.

"Frequent bugs"
Frequent bugs. When we reach out to support they usually don't know how to fix the issue and give very general responses that amount to 'there is nothing off on our end.' This is plausible, as bugs can be due to a local configuration, however instead of saying 'let's hop on a call to do a screen share / try to replicate the issue,' they send an email asking to close the case and mark it as resolved.

Worst experience we’ve had in dealing with a “phone” company. Our account manager disappeared after day two. We never received our “free” desk phones, and support was abysmal in helping trouble shoot.

God forbid something unfortunate happens and your business has to shut down because these guys don't care. Trying to get them to send you a return label for equipment... forget it.....getting them to cancel your contract... forget it... they are ruthless and don't do what they say.
