Well what can I say I enquired on line and spoke to matt about sizes as im on a film set and needs to go over my costume as I wear 4 layers and wanted a coat that would fit the customer service from start to finish was excellent and would highly recommend this company the coat is fantastic and the quality is brilliant

I love my D-Robe, it’s great no matter your adventure.
It has sooooo many pockets, which I love, you can store everything you need and all the pockets are waterproof.
Made with the best quality material and it looks so smart, I even wore it through the airport on the way to the dolomites.
This will not fail to keep you warm in the coldest of environments, I take it everywhere and it’s the first thing I don after a wild swim in winter. It’s protected me from the elements and even the swarms of midges in the west coast of the Scottish highlands!
From dog walks to winter swims and camping, you need a D-Robe in your life.

"Impossible to contact"
Struggling with contacting their customer service team. They were great when ordering, but now I need a refund they are impossible to reach, and not replying to emails. Such a shame, as the product is amazing (I sent one size back and ordered a different one as so impressed with the product), but my refund hasn't been processed, and no one will respond to any form of communication. Maybe pick another brand if you feel you will need their customer service team.

"Poor customer service"
Really sorry to say that they don’t respond to emails or chat. No phone number. An invisible company. My d robe has a faulty zip- really irritating. The coat itself is great but with a faulty zip isn’t what you’d expect for nearly £200. They offered me a discount (just a working zip will do!) and now won’t even answer chat or email. Avoid and go for a different brand.

I have just received my D-robe and I am really pleased with it. Its is really warm and has loads of pockets too!
I ordered a large originally which was too big (this was my fault as on the size chart I was top end of medium).
I spoke to D-Robe who were great and arrange a returns label for me and once my return was received the replacement was here really quickly!
Would definitely recommend this robe and the company as have been nothing but helpful.
I'm looking forward to see what else D-Robe will be bringing out over the next year and would have again!
