Having read a fair few reviews on many different robes I decided that D-Robe was the way to go!
Fantastic delivery as it arrived today, only having ordered it yesterday.
Really impressed with the quality and fit, now looking forward to wearing it!
The customer service was great, very fast and friendly responses on the online chat.
Unfortunately I made the error of initially purchasing one via Amazon who completely let me down on delivery and service. (Should have been next day delivery and ended up cancelling the order after waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive!)
D-Robe came to the rescue, reassured me it was in stock and guaranteed fast delivery. Lesson learnt, buy direct!
Cannot fault them so far and will definitely be recommending them!

First robe arrived but was too big and too long in the arms. Exchanged and replaced within 2 days. Excellent customer service and excellent product. Definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I researched a few waterproof coats and the reviews were so good for D-Robe I decided to buy one
I ordered a size Small I am size 10/12
It arrived very quickly and well packaged
It was too big so I returned it for a size XS
This also arrived amazingly quickly
The customer service I received was excellent
The coat has already been well tested out in heavy rain
I love it. So comfortable and looks fab. Great quality
I only use for dog walking. If you need for wild swimming etc and need to change underneath it then the small size for 10/12 would allow more room to do this

I needed to exchange my robe for a smaller size and the customer service was excellent and process very easy and efficient. My coat now fits perfectly and I can’t wait to get outside to try it out! Really recommend the company

What a fabulous company. Having initially ordered the wrong size, it was quickly replaced with the help of their wonderful customer service department and I actually received it the very next day. The robe itself is everything they say it is and more! And the quality is outstanding. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I ordered this coat and was expecting great things however it arrived faulty, the Velcro tabs at the front weren’t aligned correctly so would stick together. I emailed with photographs and they apologised and sent me a returns label, I returned it nearly 2 weeks ago and still no refund. I think this is shoddy considering it was sent faulty in the first place.

Order late on a Friday evening, and it arrived first thing on the Tuesday.

I ordered a small adult robe to begin with and found it too long for me and a little oversized. After reading some reviews I ordered a child’s size and it fit great .
The return was easy and emails from the company were helpful and friendly.
I’m really pleased with my new coat - it’s so warm and cosy 😊
