"Great guides and planning"

The tour guide was informative and relatable. The schedule was well run and the kids loved the parks planned. Great variety for them.

Great hotel with many options for breakfast. Tour guide was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Bus driver was timely and professional.

Our trip was amazing and everything was planned out perfectly and all of the activities were amazing. But our tour guide Mike was like a little crybaby. He threw a few to many temper tantrums and while we were getting dinner he also just took a peice of fried chicken off my plate and ate it infront of me. He got mad at the smallest things.

"Did the job but room for improvement"

Did the job but room for improvement. We saw all the sites however spending 10-15 minutes at each memorial does not allow students the opportunity to fully take in the experience. Several of our students have family that have served and giving those memorials the time and respect they deserve should've been a priority. Those in charge of scheduling dropped the ball on our return, where busses were not waiting for us when we got back to our home airport. It took an additional hour/two to secure a bus in part because the emergency number is outsourced to another country where we couldn't reach anyone to help us resolve the issue. In the event of a more serious emergency I fear for the outcome.

"A little bit of a mess "

The storm was not their fault but the way they pivoted was not well. The kids were on the bus for 5 hours, no food. The food at the restaurants were inedible. Kids were not able to buy snack at the shop. I realize this is hard to plan yet some choices were questionable.

My tour guide was amazing! She kept my group engaged and prepared us for all of our activities for the day. I had the perfect balance between planned activities and free time to explore cities in my own. During our time in Portugal, I would have loved to do an activity on the water (boat/picnic) but it was beautiful to see historic monuments and structures. World strides was amazing for compensating us for any lost time we had in the airports, such as food vouchers or paying for metro trips. I had a perfect travel experience and can’t wait to travel again!

We had an amazing time. Our tour guides were great, the kids had fun and made history a memorable trip.
New York was our favorite spot and is a don't miss experience.

I really enjoyed the trip. It was filled with visiting numerous monuments and museums. It was very organized, safe and with a knowledgeable tour guide. The only thing I would suggest is incorporate a short fun or interactive activity so the kids could be kids and bond.

WorldStrides is second to none when providing services to traveling groups to Washington DC. This is my 12th year traveling to DC with 8th graders over Presidents Day weekend and it was another successful trip.
