"I didn't like the large group"

I didn't like the large group. Too much time wasted waiting on everyone.

The guide was very good and the individual guides at each place was nice as well.

"The attention to detail for allowing…"

The attention to detail for allowing the participants to see so many sights in a short time is well organized. I enjoyed seeing things I would not have been able to traveling alone or with a different group.

The amount of walking for some sights was not made as clear and it was a shock to my system - especially at the pace taken.

Response to questions was good.
More clarity on food situation for allergies would be better, if we were able to communicate info to parents before the trip it would have been better.
Flexibility on meal dates/times changes
The day to the highlands should be a bit more flexible: if the day is to be super cold and rainy, don't drop off the group in a park with no real shelter, maybe have a backup plan: switch to stopping by a little village where there is shelter and shopping opportunities

"It took me three days to get home"

It took me three days to get home. On the final leg I travelled for 24 hours, my students almost 20! Literally 24 hours! When your organization did step in you ended up housing us in a run down hotel in the middle of Hounslow (an area I know well) with homeless people behind the hotel and arrests on the street. Thankfully the hotel staff were responsible and my colleague and I incredibly vigilant. You had a duty of care and you really didn’t turn up at all. I blame upper level management and not your CSA reps. Decisions and care ruled by profit not responsibility!
The Fringe was great, but your administration and organization needs a lot of work. You charge an astronomical amount and therefore you should provide a 5* service.
At the end my colleague and I were the ones who had to manage my students, their parents, and at the same time work with three airlines, two hotel managers and world strides CSA.
As a producer/educator and military veteran I can safely say that you dropped the ball and passed the buck.

" food mediocre & bus driver smoking"

Provided food options were mediocre. Blan food with little variety.
London experience was minimal on physical site seeing.
Trip to Highlands was good but bus conductor’s driving was not great and he was SMOKING on the bus. Made me feel sick.

Cammie was so helpful for months even before we were in Scotland. Once we were there, we got the best tech team we could’ve asked for. overall, it was so much fun and I thought everything was done well and we had just the right amount of interaction with other schools. It was a very scary festival to be going into and it was made so easy to be a part of.

Our child had a really enjoyable time and generally like the activities that were arrange. House was good and the Fringe Festival was amazing. However, there was a lack of vegetarian food options and, in particular, protein options for vegetarians.

"Excellent adventure with amazing tour guide"

Our tour guide Andrea was excellent. She was always sharing interesting information about her country and was passionate about sharing the wonders of her country with our students. She was helpful and flexible when issues arose and constantly worked hard to make sure that all of the members of the group were enjoying their experience. The daily activities were engaging and fun. We saw and did so much in such a short period of time that students never had an opportunity to get bored. All of the locations showcased the beauty of Costa Rica as well as emphasized the passion that the Costa Rican people have for their country.

Tour guide sucked, he was not sigma. We didn’t even go to the spy museum and only went to free museums. Not worth it.
