"Fabulous Trip Expirence!"

We had such a great time in Washington DC with our tour guide Dennis! He was knowledgable and witty, and his enthusiasm was unwavering! The students, as well as the chaperones, really enjoyed him. We got to experience so much on this trip; never once did we have a dull moment. I appreciate the fact that Dennis was patient and kind to all of our students and had the perfect balance of seriousness and humor. He knew how to engage the kids, which can be hard for those who do not regularly work with them. I cannot wait to go again next year!

Experience was great because it was very well balanced - it was time to listen about the company, to participate in the discussion and it was time to relax and think about what have been said; it was time to explore and visit amazing places. Thank you

"Confidence gained! Friends made! Fun, fun, fun!"

I am so glad I went on this trip. It gave me the confidence to know I can take a group of kids on a trip with the help of Worldstrides, even if I am not a practiced traveler myself. They do all the hard stuff and they are there for you every step of the way.

"Leadership Training Tour to Paris by Explorica"

I recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in a leadership training tour in Paris, and it exceeded all my expectations! As a high school teacher, I constantly seek ways to grow as an educator and leader, and this program provided an enriching and transformative experiences.
From the moment we arrived, the itinerary was thoughtfully curated, blending insightful leadership workshops with immersive cultural experiences. The trainers are exceptional-knowledgeable, engaging, and truly invested in our personal and professional growth. Their real-world insights and hands-on activities challenged me to think critically about leadership and teamwork in new ways.
Beyond the training sessions, exploring Paris added another dimension to the learning. Whether it was visiting historical landmarks, discussing leadership principles over French cuisine, or drawing inspiration from the city's rich history, every moment was valuable. The networking opportunities were also fantastic-I connected with like-minded professionals from around the world, sharing ideas and experiences that I carry with me for years to come. I left Paris

"Mixed bag"

Overall, the trip was successful and the students enjoyed themselves. The flights were easy and the hotels were clean. However, in our first hotel our preference would have been to have all the kids in the same tower/wing of the hotel as there was a small group quite far from the chaperones. The meals options were good but more variety and less New Mexican for most meals would have been better. Some highlights were Bandalier, the Sandia Tram, Natural History Museum, the cooking class, and exploring the old towns in Santa Fe and in Albuquerque. I was disappointed by the art class at Georgia O'Keefe as there was no actual instruction beyond giving us pastel pencils and printer paper and telling us to draw what we like. The tour guides and actual museum, however, were great. The main issue that popped up throughout the trip was timing and pacing. While Jay was lovely and very friendly, his preference for an early arrival to almost everything (sometimes 20 minutes prior to opening) meant the kids sat on the bus on their phones while we waited which was not productive. Time allotment for various activities was also off. He allotted 3 hours for Meow Wolf, which while very fun, was way more than needed and we had to find something to fill the time. This also happened at the Museum of Nuclear History and at the Pueblo Center. The day we visited the Pueblo Center, many of the exhibits were closed which Jay had been unaware of. Most of these instances where pacing and timing were off, the chaperones were coming up with ideas on how to fill the time, not Jay. Given he lives in the area, we had believed he would have more suggestions on what to pivot to than he did. Overall, he did a good job, but I think he would be better suited to tour adults than the age group of students we had.

"Carrie"

Carrie, Amy, Julie and Walter did a great job making the teacher convention in Puerto Rico fun and special. I am so lucky I got to experience this and appreciate all the hard work that was done.

"Important to know"

Very fun being able to explore the monuments on our own accord. Tour guide was super nice. Good food besides the part where a bunch of us got food poisoning from the food on the cruise.
