"From the start of the initial visit by…Greener Energy Group"

From the start of the initial visit by the Sales Representative, the Technical Surveyor and the main office, Greener Energy Group were excellent in dealing with the installation of my Air Heat Source Pump and my new Combi Boiler.
The installation crew worked efficiently throughout the proposed day of installation and completed the work within the working day.
Greener Energy Group were thorough throughout and helped with the Paperwork required by the Energy Savings Trust.
I am throughly satisfied with my installation and has my approval in this review.

"Greener Energy Group - Solar Panels"

The surveyor, Stephen was very good and gave good information. He answered my queries promptly after the first survey.
The company kept me informed as to what was happening and were always polite and informed.
The installers arrived on time and were finished and tidied up in 4 hours and 55 minutes. They worked well together and were very professional.
The Solar panels (12) were working even on the dull cloudy day of the installation and were providing enough power for our lights and television.
The company performed well in all areas and I would recommend.
I did try to get another quote from a local firm whom I visited personally but they never got back to me to arrange a survey or quotation.
Although Greener Energy were a little further away they provided a first class service.

"Installation of Air Source heat pump and related hot water and central heating system by Greener Energy Group"

Our contract with Greener Energy Group was for the installation of an air source heat pump to provide hot water and central heating via new radiators. This was to replace an LPG powered hot air system.
Having consulted with other firms, we chose Greener Energy on the strength of their clear and comprehensive sale and survey information.
The ensuing installation team were highly competent and professional throughout the process. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work completed.
The above merited 5 stars. However, the work was not completed in the stipulated time frame and and this seemed to trigger poor communication between office and onsite team Dates for completion of the work were altered on several occasions - often without timely notification- which resulted in frustration on our part. This was exacerbated by the fact that payment was requested before completion of the work. Hence the 4 star score.
When finally back on site, the 2 engineers - Richard and Scott-were especially
helpful in completing the job which as noted above was well executed by Jamie, Jordan, Scott, Aaron , and Brian.

"Just had Craig from Greener Energy…"

Just had Craig from Greener Energy Group to guide me through getting solar panels fitted next year when I retire. Very informative and NO BS, also I learned a lot about how it works. I'm sold on GEG to do the job for me asap. After searching through 10s of companies. I found the only one that did not leave me guessing, Thanks Craig from Greener Energy Group. :)
