"I did like the customer service you…"

I did like the customer service you provided and everything was picked up and delivered in a timely fashion, but unfortunately my daughter's trunk was pretty banged up and we had to order some new hardware for it that was broken. We had hoped this would be an heirloom she'd get to keep, but I'm just hoping the trunk lasts another trip to camp.

"Works as Advertised, but Rough on Trunk"

The service was seamless and delivery was fast, but after two years of Ship Camps we'll need to replace my child's trunk because it has been torn up in shipping. I wish that Ship Camps had an option to order a box that could be delivered to camp to protect the trunk on the way home.

"Our bag was randomly left at someone…"

Our bag was randomly left at someone else's home. Luckily this person had a mutual friend and tracked us down where we were able to retrieve it. I assume this is the fault of fedex and not ship camps. I called and they apologized and were able to ensure the second bag went to the right place, but I am not the only person of our groups whose bags were left at random houses!

"Delivery date for returning bags incorrect"

We had no issues with bag pick up and delivery to camp. Unfortunately, we had issues with the returning of the bags. Our bags were delivered to the house 4 days earlier than we were told. We were not in town and had to scramble to make arrangements for someone to get the bags and store them from us. We received two different delivery dates on our tracking as well - one that said in transit and would be delivered on the expected date and another that said in transit and would be delivered that day (4 days early). It was hard to even know which one to follow as they were not in sync or accurate.
