"I love Hiplok...great locks, great customer service"

I love Hiplok...I received a D lock for Christmas, but when I opened it up I found the keys missing. I message Hiplok requesting replacement keys but unfortunately they can't do that (which makes sense as you could just request keys for a locked up bike). John on the email was so helpful and supplied me with an entire replacement lock straight away as the old one was essentially redundant. His email style was really friendly. 5 stars all round. The lock feels super sturdy and the clip on belt function is so perfect, can't wait to rock it.

In addition to this exchange I've also been using their chain lock that goes around the waste for around 7 years and it's never skipped a beat, still going strong. Looking forward to picking and choosing between the 2 locks on a daily basis.

Excellent Service - My pop lock failed with the key becoming stuck and true to their lifetime warranty HipLok replaced the lock at no cost - simply keep your purchase receipt. I have around 6 different products and I am encouraged by their service.

Have been using Airloks for a few years, unfortunately our house got broken into and long story short we had 2 pricey full sus ebikes taken. I contacted Hiplok to see if they did replacement pins for the locks as the thieves took the keys to the current ones. They replied really quickly and I have since received 2 replacement pins. I will continue to use Hiplok for years to come, great service along with excellent, innovative products.

Great customer service! I wrote Hiplok for some feedback on a product and was surprised that the founder John wrote back immediately. He was very kind and we somehow started chatting about some ideas for locks and upcoming products from the company. Not only are they selling great products, the customer service is great as well.

As for reference: I own the DX and absolutely love the Clip+Ride system. I makes commuting so enjoyable, it works not just with Jeans, also with short trousers and even my swimming shorts. How great is this? Very indeed ;)
