"Great First Experience"

Not long brought an Hiplok Airlok and after looking around the internet for what felt like ages, decided this one ticked all the boxes. I went for the + variation with the additional cable to run through the wheels also.
Upon arrival, and after reading the instructions, it stated that I would need a 15mm drill bit (which seemed to be near on impossible to find 🙄), a quick message to Hiplok and received a quick response from John who could not have been more helpful.
After explaining the situation, Hiplok very kindly sorted me a drill bit to which made the whole experience a lot easier.
I must say that, installation was very straightforward, nothing too stressful and the fit and finish that it provides is second to none. It’s a very modern looking lock and fits most bicycles comfortably in the lock which has a rubber insert also to help protect your pride and joy.
I must say that this being my first experience with bike locks and Hiplok themselves, I would definitely recommend this company, and will be going to Hiplok as my primary place for any other security needs.

I started biking 3 years ago and since then have bought three bikes, tons of gear and commuted to work in three different states. The Hiplok Original is the standout item for anything related to biking I have purchased or used. It is super comfortable around the waste, durable and my one and only time I had to engage with support, it was stellar. Really just an awesome product and company.

Bought the Hiplok Airlok from these guys after a lot of research. Great product, super secure and met the standard specified by my insurers. I had an issue installing the device in the first place, silly mistake by myself, and so needed a replacement part. Excellent customer service, and I see from the other reviews I'm not alone saying that. Have bought an additional bike so going to buy an additional Hiplok Airlok.

"Z Loks - Very handy little things from a company that understands customer service"

I bought a couple of Z Loks to quickly lock my gear when I didn't want to carry a bigger heavy lock, for those times when I was only leaving the bike for a few minutes. Unfortunately, one of the pins broke off the key, however replacements were quickly sent for a nominal fee, waiving the international postage - Very impressive customer service, they have earned my brand loyalty, highly recommended

Absolute 5 star service- they were so supportive when my bike was stolen, set me up with a new lock for free and gave great advice on bike safety in the future. 100% would recommend!

Original post: The lock was good in theory, but the experience could have been better. I signed up for the newsletter and 10% off my first purchase, and never got the 10% discount code- customer service continued to fail to help me with this. I bought the lock anyway, and while it was great initially, my bike was still stolen, with CCTV showing thieves cutting through the lock in broad daylight in less than 3 minutes.

Bought a couple of Z Loks, fantastic product for weekend rides where you might wanna just lock the bike up for a couple of min while you grab a coffee or whatever. One of them became faulty, customer service replaced with a new one straight away without question- fantastic service.

Extremely helpful customer service. The best I’ve ever dealt with and I work in this area for a living.
I live in Australia and love their product but the only reason I’m writing this is because of the customer service. My bike got stole along with my lock (another companies lock tied to the wall failed me) but when it came down to proving what locks I had for insurance I could find no receipt. I did how ever have my lock key. Hiploks customer service not only wrote me a letter stating what lock it was but also confirmed its gold status. They also offered to communicate directly with my insurance if needed. It was the only reasonmy insurance paid up. This Along with other things and good locks secured me to be a life long customer of theirs.

I bought the awesome Airlok by Hiplok and it works! Thieves tried to steal my brand new bike, but couldn't, despite taking a hacksaw to the Airlok. Kudos to Hiplok for an awesome product and great customer service by John.
