I booked with Mobit parking on the 1/2/20/2020 for 15 nights in the following June , as we all know the pandemic started and I opted to receive a refund minus administrative fee £15 which I considered to be fair considering the circumstances ,forward 2 years later and Iam still waiting for the refund, I have raised this issue several times and just get sent an automated email ,saying basically your in the que. The actions of this company are totally unacceptable,and I strongly advise people not to use them

We waited 1.5 hours for the car to be returned after landing and also the company had taken two payments for the parking and has not had the decency to even reply to my emails or refund the payment

Excellent service all round. Very nice people to deal with. Makes the whole process so easy for you , no shuttle buses to worry about ,they drop you off outside departures and when you come through the arrival doors they’re waiting for you outside. The best service ever 5* for sure"

Very bad experience I can say the worst ever.. I'll, definitely, never ever use them again. I don't know how they are operating. I always travel and book meet and greet service, but with this company it was a nightmare. I waited just over 2 hours 45 minutes to collect my car, kept lying to me over the phone and ignoring my calls.. please avoid don't waste your time and money.

I used this service for the 1st time on a business trip from Heathrow. 3 days parking. Poor - When I arrived I had to look for someone and ask around as the gent there to collect my car was in plain clothes - no uniform, no high vis, no ID. Had a quick look at my car and then asked me to sign twice. I only realised later that the second signature was stating that my car had been dropped back to me in the same condition it was collected. So this made me think they knew it wasnt going to look the same.
Collection was booked for 3pm. I called and was told that it was going to be 30 minutes but that I needed to pay £15 because I had been brought to Terminal 5 (where I was dropped) and not Terminal 2 (a decision made by BA not me). I paid and then stood in the cold for over 30 minutes. Again...the gent that dropped the car was dressed just in plain clothes.
When my car arrived, it looked like it had been parked in a field under a tree. Was covered in bird droppings, mud and footprints on the bonnet, mud all over the wheels and tyres. It had been driven 17 miles. The guy that dropped it off said, sorry its a mess and then got in another car and was taken off.
Unprofessional, rude on the phone, car needed to be fully cleaned. Will not use again. Have advised colleagues and friends to avoid. And will continue to do so!
I emailed them asking for a complaints procedure. Never heard back!

i booked them the night before i flew on line i called them 1/2 hour before i arrived to the airport as asked the driver was so nice & cheerful it made trip start on a good mood came back only waited 15 minutes even i would like it quicker but i know it takes some time would use them again

As we were a very late booking we weren't on the schedule sheet but the man we spoke to quickly sorted us & the car out with little fuss.
On returning, the service was smooth, speedy & courteous.
