DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Used them to fly from Manchester on 22 Oct.
It is not mentioned before booking you have to pay £4 each way to exit car park.Pick up was OK . On return poor directions to pick up, then phone not answered. False information provided then car arrived 1 hour 20 mins late .
Clearly car left in a very muddy field.

Used this company at Manchester ,pick up was ok ,return was different ,the car looked as though it had gone thrugh a farmers field and there was a discrepancy of just under 200 miles on the clock from when I delivered and picked up ,had to wait nearly an hour for car to be delivered and when it did they sent me to the wrong place where I waited ,when we finally found the driver he gave me the keys and as I was checking the car he seemed to vanish into thin air ,phoned up but kept getting voice mail full reply ,got through to them eventually and was told its not Mobits problem they are simply the booking firm asked for further details on who actually was the parking firm but couldnt get any answers.Oh and my dash cam had been disconnected for god knows what reason ,not moved but just disconnected so obviously it wasnt to stop it getting stolen....Follow up ..despite numerous emails to Mobit and Manchester Meet and Greet ,which they forwarded me to ,I am stii waiting for replies ..not an answer in sight

"Morbit Airport Parking"
I booked through this company for terminal 4 Heathrow. On the day I was to deliver my car I rang a number which was on the email to confirm my intended arrival at the airport. I was told that someone would meet me there. The number I rang was answered as simply park and fly. On arrival at the airport there was no one to meet me. I rang the same number which was answered by a different person who stated that he did not have my booking. I asked which company he was from and he said Simply park for which I told him that this was the number I had to ring and that I had booked through a company named Morbit. He told that he would speak with his manager. A few minutes later he told me that someone would be over. 20 minutes later someone turned up and stated that Morbit was a new sister company and that there were a few teething problems but promised that when I return someone would be there to meet me. Upon my return 2 weeks later I rang the same number upon my arrival at the baggage area but the number was no longer available however on checking my email i had been sent another number to ring but this email only arrived as I was in the airport. I rang this number and was told that they did not have a booking for me. I again explained that i had booked through Morbit and once I had gave a description of my car I was told that it would be delivered within 20 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes I rang the number and was told that it was on its way. No apology for any delay was given. 6 or 7 minutes later the car turned up. I was simply asked my name and once given the driver walked off not saying another word or any type of apology for the delay. My expectations of meet and greet are that someone would there to meet you and someone would be there to greet you. This company obviously does not know the concept of meet and greet. I would not recommend this company to anyone and i certainly will never use this company again.

Booked via mobit parking website and selected Manchester Meet & Greet WORST experience I have ever encountered AVOID this company. We had email confirmation of booking and text the day before and on arriving early to the airport we rang to ask if they could collect my car early. They had no info on my booking told me to park up and wait for a call back and not proceed to the airport. They did not ring me back after 6 further attempts and giving my info another 3 times they said my driver was not picking his phone up. By this time I was extremely stressed as we had booked a 12 noon pick up and it was 12.30 with still no one to collect my car. We then got the call to meet at terminal 2. We arrrived at the agreed destination and no driver . Security told us to move or be charged £25 but was really helpful when he realised how distressed I was and let us exit for free. We then got another call to go to the multi storey to drop my car off by this time is was 12.50. Finally took my car. Dreaded our return and the service was even worse - again said we weren't booked in and there was going to be a delay. Booked to collect 1.30am finally for my car at 2.40am . So much for meet and greet not cheap either £68 plus the new charges of £4 entry and £4 exit. Would never use again

"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY"
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I wish that I had seen these reviews before. We used this company to book parking with Legacy Parking. The service was find but when we collected our car it was badly damaged. The only number you can call them on is the service to collect your car and they man here says you have to email head office - which we have done 6 times with no response. And Mobit also don't respond - although i suspect if they did they will avoid any responsibility as they are just the booking agent.
I suspect all their 5* reviews on their website are FAKE as all other reviews on Trust Pilot and Trip Advisor are bad.
Its wrong a companies should get away with this behaviour and we will be taking legal action.

I wish i had read these reviews before booking Mobit and there affiliate Onestop parking. Appalling service. Firstly they told us to meet the driver in one location and he went to another and then we had to pay a £4 parking fee which was not mentioned. On pickup we had to wait 40 mins for our car which arrived damaged. There was no car checkover as the driver more or less threw the keys at us and then ran off. Onestop have not even had the courtesy to reply to my emails and Mobit keep coming up with the lame excuse 'we are only the booking agent'.
Whatever you do on no account use either of these services, pay the money and get a quality service.
As a postscript to this review, yesterday, my wife found a McDonalds receipt in the car which was dated the same day as we flew but several hours later in Uxbridge, so clearly they had used the car to go and get lunch!!!!!

"Worst experience with Meet and Greet"
Worst experience with Meet and Greet. Would not book through Mobit.
Used Mobit to book parking with "Platinum Meet and Greet". This service had a rating of 93% on mobit. Only since I have come back and done some more digging have I found on other sites that the more recent reviews are all 1 star. Mobit haven't asked for a review so how can they give a fair rating.
Platinum Meet and Greet were awful from the start. Very rude woman on the phone. not someone who should be working in customer services.
Received a text the day before, which said "call ....... to confirm arrival when near". On calling (15 mins away) I was abruptly told this is nowhere near enough time and I should have called at least 30 mins before.
Don't send a text out telling me to do differently then.
On the way back the service got worse. We were initially told there was a backlog so it would be 40-45 mins. no reason for this. My wife rang to ask why there would be a delay and the woman was VERY rude and told her to ask her husband, when she hadn't told me in the first place.
I rang back after 50 mins only to be told it would probably be another 20 minutes.
The car was dirty on return but I expected this given the rest of the Dreadful service.
I would be wary when booking through MOBIT airport parking as the reviews don't truly represent the opinions of all their customers.
