"Not good"

Waited 1hour 20 minutes for the return of our car. Waited outside in the freezing cold . If they told us it would be that long we would had gone for a coffee inside. Terrible won’t use them again. Oh and the carpark must be miles away as there was 44 extra miles on the clock !

This is an awful company and should be banned from advertising if they are going to treat their customers as badly as we and all the other complainants have been treated. The car was also returned caked with mud.

DO NOT USE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY AND CARE OF YOUR CAR.

I used their meet and greet service on 2/11/19.Pick up at 9:30 was fine.When I landed on 4/11/19,I called as soon as I landed.The guy brought my car after 50minutes.He gave the keys and left with no apology,No checks.Very unprofessional.Will not use in future.

I had to pay £15,00 cash because I was late (even if I called them 30min before my venue).
When I came back I waited 1 hour!!
Only one screenshot from their mobile to proof that they are "official".
No receipt, nothing and they ate the sweets in my car.

"Avoid at all costs"

Avoid at all costs! I've used numerous cheap airport parking and never had any issues until now! I stupidly didn't check reviews thoroughly before booking! Extremely unprofessional service, no ID or paperwork on drop off then on pick up had to wait 30mins, car had mouldy food in stinking car out and mileage used. Didn't even stick around for us to check for damage etc, very rude! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE COWBOYS!!

Poor service misleading prices as you have to pay more when you drop off your car.

They scribbled on the car inspection sheet when there wasnt ANY scratches on my car the guy doesn't even speak english who was giving me direction.

The directions were poor on the instructions and incorrect I really wish I would have read some of these reviews.

Supposed to be meet and greet
Waiting 25 minutes for a dirty car to be returned with no checks etc.
Numerous reviews about this cowboy outfit - people waiting, dirty and damaged cars, extra miles/fuel used, parking tickets etc
They are a cowboy company which trades under different names
Your vehicle is not safe with them

No response from WizPark at all
Mobit say in their terms and conditions they are not responsible so won’t help
Then take this cowboy outfit off your site!!!!

Waited 50 mins for return of car which they had parked under a tree. It was covered in bird poo. It is £4.50 to get out of Manchester car park despite their information saying £4.00. I was lied to that the driver was on their way. Truly appalling service. Avoid.

"There's a reason why this company is…"

There's a reason why this company is cheaper! I had no problem at drop-off which was quite early in the morning (around 6 am) but at the time of picking up I had to wait nearly an hour despite calling them right after landing at Heathrow T5! More frustratingly I received my car with a parking damage on the rear bumper which looks like they reverse parked my car next to a bollard or a wall. I showed it to the driver who was dropping off my car, emailed Mobit Parking the very next day along with pic of the damage. All I received was an copy of an email from them to their service provider Wiz Parking to investigate and nothing further. Luckily for me the damage is very small. But I will not use them ever again. Watch-out for the following small-prints:

- they don't provide the parking service themselves but use other providers such as Wiz parking (which was the case for myself)
- any damage is limited to the amount you are paying for the parking, no more. For example, if your car sustains a £200 damage but you paid £50 for the parking, you stand to receive (if only!) only £50 max.
