"Poor service"

This company was late arriving to collect my car by 25 minutes, I returned a day early and was told I had to pay £20 cash to the driver to have my car delivered back to me, reading the small print it does state that any amendments would be charged at £10.

Would never use this company again

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR USE AT YOUR…"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR USE AT YOUR PERIL!!!!
These are an absolute bunch of lying cowboys. They kept us waiting almost 2 hours before delivering our car back on their so called meet and greet. It took over 20 phone calls and the threat of the police for our car to finally turn up. When it did the drivers footwell was plastered in mud. The car had obviously been stored in a muddy field as the car was wet whn it was given to us so they'd obviously had to try and clean it. The inside of the car was also wet!! They lie to you as to the whereabouts of your car, make pathetic excuses or turn their phones off! It is a disgrace that this company are able to operate! DO NOT USE!!!

"TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!"

I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to to leave this review!

They told us to go to level two when it was four to drop the car off! Hadn't updated their paperwork for over a year according to Heathrow airport staff we showed the paperwork to... THen on our return was shouted at by their obnoxious manager/customer service guy on the phone they had waited half an hour for us!!! so gone again... We were told wait at level at 5 when in fact the actual driver went to level 3 and there is no car park at level five so we went as high as we could in a lift with luggage which was back to level 4. The actual driver was nice and apologetic and when he realised he couldn't get to us on 4 without going down and back up we agreed to head to level 3 to meet him.

Would never use again or recommend. In fact took pictures of three other meet and greet companies with desks all waiting at level four and would go with them next time!

Also they seem to go via three different company names. Terrible.

"Very rude"

Very rude. Was not even there to pick my car up despite being informed 30 minutes prior to arrival. On return my car was rammed and all tyres was punctured it had loads of dents and scratches. They completely refused to comment on what happened to the car. The car was also parked outside somebody's house with a note broken down.

Do not use this company I ended up having to pay £260 for my car to be fixed.

"THEY DONT GIVE A FLYING....."

Got in to manchester on the 1/11/2018 at 7am car arrived at 8am! My car was covered in mud & had done 125 miles since we had dropped it off and a quarter of a tank of petrol had gone!! Called them but as you can see by the other reviews they didn't want to know. DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE STRANGERS GOING SHOPPING IN YOUR CAR!!!

"Terrible service for meet and greet"

Terrible service for meet and greet - late and rude
At Heathrow, the car park is actually 10 miles away so involves delays. But this is made worse by telling lies about already dispatching driver when they had not. Needed to make four calls to rude and off-hand telephone service.
Was told by driver that is what you should expect if you lose a cheap service!

"Pick up and drop off too and from Luton…"

Pick up and drop off to and from Luton OK but not very professional. The car park was reasonably close to the airport but it wasn't that easy to find and I'm 90% sure our car was moved once we left. Be wary of using this lot if the weather is bad as the waiting room is basically an empty porta-cabin with limited seating and virtually no heating. Car park doesn't look particularly secure but it is cheap.

After care absolutely awful. We left something on the bus after being dropped off and were basically told "bad luck". The buses are contracted and it appears that's all the reason they need to wash their hands of it. It also means there's no joined up service as the company that have your car and the company that ferry you between it and the airport are not the same business. Our driver refused point blank to take passengers who were waiting when we arrived back at the car saying his shift was over. Calling the company the first person I spoke to had no interest in talking to me at all and the 'manager' in their 'customer service department' I spoke to next just wanted to argue and frankly didn't seem to care one bit about my problem. Was told "don't go there" when I asked if they could find the item.

Despite calling the telephone number given en-route. Was directed straight to a mailbox that told me it was full and I was cut off.

Called office but closed.

No representatives at Car Park just lots of customers in same situation as me.

"I used this car parking meet and greet…"

I used this car parking meet and greet service at Heathrow airport in mid October. It was a dreadful experience to say the least, second chance of using this company and thought I would give them a second chance, never again! They state one thing on the paperwork, certain car park, what level etc you need to leave the car. We did as requested, call 30 minutes before you arrive, a foreign guy tried to tell us instructions and both myself and my other half could not understand a word he was saying so we followed the black and white paper instructions. When we arrived, I had to call them up again and ask where he was, they now said we were to go to the drop off point basically to save themselves the £4 ticket for parking. I refused and they eventually arrived. The chap looked like he had just dropped off the planet zodd so to hand over my keys to my expensive car did not feel comfortable at all. On our return it all happened again, we went to the place we thought we had to go but no clear instructions from the same chap. Some 30 mins later we find the guy with the car, another foreign chap. The mileage was okay as I checked but the car was filthy but undamaged thankfully. A two week relaxing holiday became a stress situation We did not need! Do not use this company is my review!

used mobit airport parking from 8th oct 2018 driver collected car then a hour and half later I got a phone call saying my car was ready to collect I told them I had only just dropped off then on my return car was 1 hour 10 mins late full off mud inside with damage to 1 alloy wheel plus front bumper had a big hole in it also wing badge ripped off I was not happy as I did a video when I dropped car off with no damage ,my was ill treated is a understatement ,I emailed mobit and all I keep getting is we are agents not supplier read the terms and conditions ,I now are having to take them to small claims court to recover cost off damage so do yourself a favour read this write up and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY JUST ABUSE YOUR CAR AND PARK IT SOME MUDDY FIELD......
